Stoney Oaks Group LLC is proud to offer two of the most popular construction methodologies for our customers. Steel framed and ICF homes are of the highest quality, durability, and lowest maintenance cost on the market. Which one should I build, you may ask? Both have the durability and quality that our customers expect. Your choice will be based on your climate, lifestyle, and design characteristics. The constructability of both technologies are essentially equal. If living on the coast or in colder climates you may consider the ICF technology. If on the ranch or plains your may select the steel framed technology. Either technology will provide years of comfort and low maintenance.
Custom designs are available upon request or if you have a floor plan that you like we can convert it to either a steel frame or an ICF home for a nominal fee. If building with us the floor plan is included in the overall cost of the building so you don't have any upfront design cost.

Steel frame technology has been around for many years. It may require additional experience and equipment to erect the building.

ICF technology has been around for many years. This technology has been used primarily in the commercial applications. It is now becoming a strong contender for residential construction. This technology has a lot to offer over both pole barn and steel framed.
