The real estate financing options are great for purchasing your property and setting up your construction loans.

These loans are tied to your property and home as a primary or secondary mortgage.

​

The qualification and approval process is a bit more detailed and requires additional documentation. This process includes a hard pull of your financial and employment status.

The hard pull of your financial status adds to the count of the number of inquiries in your credit report.

​

This is why it is important to know which banks will finance the type of building you want to build early in the process. This will minimize the number of credit pulls on your credit.
